Set a representative depending on contact type

This rule sets a certain representative on the contact if the contact type is "1" (Customer).

  • Condition: Contact type must be "1" which is equal to customer.

  • Action: "FACRM" is set as the representative. "FACRM" is the contact ID for the FA CRM contact.
