NAV report
FA Fund management app can generate reports that summarize the NAV calculation information as a PDF or XLSX file. To learn more about NAV report content, see NAV report (PDF) and NAV report (XLSX).
Download NAV report
The system generates NAV reports when you accept NAV in the FA Fund Management app. To download the NAV report in FA Fund Management, do the following:
In the NAV status view, double-click the fund to open the NAV overview.
In the top right corner of the NAV overview, click the icon to download the report as a PDF or the icon to download the report as an XLSX file.
To download NAV reports in FA Back, open the Portfolio window for a fund and go to the Documents tab.
Send NAV reports via email
You can set up the FA Fund Management app to automatically send out NAV reports via email, for example, every day at a certain time. You need to first enable the sending of reports in FA Fund Management and then set up the sending schedule in FA Back. To do this, take the following steps:
In the NAV status view, click on the fund and then click on the icon to open the fund settings.
Open the NAV reporting tab.
Tick the checkbox for Send report via email and enter the email address of the recipient. You can choose to receive the reports as PDF or XLSX files or both.
Schedule the report sending in FA Back. We recommend that your administrator schedules the "Send documents via email" process (for instructions, see Scheduling in FA Admin guide).
